The bill (Reg. No. 3223) suggests amend several laws of Ukraine that change the procedure of calculating maximum amount of pension using the index of minimum retirement pension instead of minimum living wage established for persons who are unable to work.
The bill suggests that maximum amount of pension should constitute five minimum retirement pensions. Minimum pension is suggested to increase to two and a half minimum living wages established for persons who are unable to work.
